how many more milestones?

Thanks everyone for your well wishes and congrats. And thanks for understanding how I feel about all of this.

I woke up today nervous and told my husband that "my boobs are not as sore, that's a bad sign." He grilled me about it for a few minutes, saw I was sad, and let it go. We kind of figure, hey, this is what we have to go through. Made the trek into the city to get the beta done a little bit depressing.

Fast forward a couple of hours...

So they called with my beta and it is 190. That's better than the last time so I feel a little ok about it, but my P4 was only 22.5 and my E2 just less than 400. The only real symptom I have is extreme tiredness. So this, of course, given my history, makes me nervous as heck. I asked to go in for early follow up betas and they said of course, so I'm heading back for #2 on Tuesday.

I think your numbers are all great. My progesterone level was only 30 at 14 dpo and it has gone up since. Of course, you probably know that a beta in the 200 range at 14 dpo is within the twin range, right? An heir and a spare, as they say.

All you can do is take it one day at a time at this point. Your pg symptoms will come and go - it is the trend not the individual day that you would want to worry about. At least that has been my experience.

Hope you continue to get nothing but good news.

Your numbers look good to me! I'm still sending lots of thoughts and prayers your way. I know you're very doubtful right now, given the lack of symptoms, but like Kami said, just take it one day at a time. As of today...you ARE pregnant. It is my hope, wish and prayer that you STAY pregnant! Are they going to be supplementing your progesterone at all? It does look good, but anything that can help, ya know?

I'll be thinking of you and sending you great doubling vibes for Tuesday's beta! Love ya lots!

Thanks for your sweet comments LIW. I am happy about your beta numbers. As for the progesterone are you on PIO or suppositories? 22 is ok but it should be watched to make sure it keeps going up, and not just once or twice but weekly until at least 9-11 weeks. Mine was 21 at 5 weeks with Bliss and then 23 at 6 weeks and then 11 at almost 7 weeks and I had to do 10 weeks bedrest and suppositories morning and night. I imagine you are on PIO though so all should be good.

P.S. I am in Northern Cal.

Good luck on your next beta! What an excruciating time this is. Hoping all works out beautifully.

Congratulations!!! I am hoping for big numbers Tuesday. Your numbers are great! I am praying hard for you. Has your dr prescribed progesterone? I don't know anything about the numbers but I do know that if it is low, that's something they may do- ask about it. :)

I'm with Kami...great numbers (i've even seen p4 much lower but still healthy) and a little twinny! ;-)

I also agree as far as the one day at a time. Of course that's so much easier than said.

You're in my thoughts!! <3

Oh yeah...and Congratulations!!

YAY! I'm SO happy for you! I've got everything crossed that your second set of numbers look as good, if not better than the first. HUGS!!!
